1) Financial donations
You can donate in various amounts, and every donation goes to help feed the hungry in Utah!
Donation Levels:
$5 - Toe dipper - you are brave enough to dip your toes in the water. At this temperature, its no small feat!
$10 - Polar plunger - you are one of the nuts who runs into the freezing water, screams like a freak and jumps out with a huge smile on your face!
$20 - Frost warrior - You're the kind who doesn't shy from the cold and has winter as one of your favorite seasons.
$30 - Yeti Monster - A survivor of the arctic. Fierce, yet easily swayed to kindness.
$50 - Ice Man! You are dedicated and go out of your way to help others in need!
Your donations will contribute to the team page I created. Let's surpass the goal! Click here to donate!
2) Food donations
I am collecting canned goods which will be delivered to the Utah Food Bank on Saturday, December 7th. I have a collection box outside my house where you can place your dry goods, or if you see me in person I can also take those donations for you.
Also on the day of the swim: Saturday, December 7th at noon. I will be out at the Great Salt Lake Marina doing my ice mile. If you can make it to cheer for me, your support will keep me warm during my swim. Those who bring a grocery bag full of canned goods and show your full bag to the gate attendant will get in for free.
